Moscato
The Moscato harvest takes place manually between August and September. The grapes are gently pressed to extract the sweet juice, which is fermented and sometimes stopped to maintain a natural sweetness in the finished wine. The result is an aromatic and sweet Moscato, excellent as an aperitif or paired with desserts.
This wine presents itself with a straw-yellow color enriched with golden reflections, captivating the eye with its beauty. On the nose, it offers an intense and fragrant bouquet, with an aromatic scent evoking fresh flowers and a mixture of fruits, including apricot and peach.
Moscato pairs beautifully with Milanese Panettone and Veronese Pandoro, as well as assorted cookies, fine pastries, and fresh fruit salads, creating perfect combinations for holidays and special occasions.
