Our harvest is carried out manually, ensuring the utmost care in selecting the best grapes. After destemming, the must undergoes a modern maceration with the skins for about 10 days, giving the wine its characteristic intense ruby color and complex aromas.
This wine presents a ruby red color and a broad bouquet with notes of currant and sour cherry. On the palate, it's warm, with a slight acidity balanced by a full-bodied structure.
This wine pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, including meat-filled agnolotti and ravioli, cotechino and zampone, roasts, and moderately aged cheeses. Its versatility makes it an ideal companion for a rich and satisfying dinner, complementing the intense flavors and soft textures of these dishes with its structure and complexity.
