  • During the harvest for Buttafuoco, Croatina, Barbera, and Uva Rara grapes are handpicked between September and October. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting juice is fermented and aged to create Buttafuoco wine, famous for its complexity and robustness.
