Our harvest is carried out manually, ensuring the utmost care in selecting the best grapes. After destemming, the must undergoes a modern maceration with the skins for about 10 days, giving the wine its characteristic intense ruby color and complex aromas.
For 12 months, our wine matures in French oak barriques, where it acquires elegance and complexity. This aging phase, integrated with modern techniques, helps to enhance the unique characteristics of our product, making it ready for the palate of the most discerning connoisseurs.
The result is a wine with a distinctive character, boasting an intense ruby red color and enveloping aromas of ripe red fruit, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it reveals itself as full-bodied and well-structured, offering a unique sensory experience that pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes, from appetizers to grilled meats.
