The harvesting of Sangue di Giuda involves the manual collection of mature grapes, followed by delicate pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the aromas. After aging, the wine is ready for bottling. The result is a sweet and fruity red wine with a distinctive character.

This sweet wine presents itself with an intense bright ruby red color, enriched by violet reflections that capture attention. On the nose, it offers a vinous and intense bouquet, with clear notes of jam evoking raspberry, blueberry, and violet.

This sweet wine pairs beautifully with a variety of desserts such as dry or jam-filled pastries. It also complements fruit salads with strawberries and peaches, spicy cheeses, and roasted chestnuts.
